Click Chat with Support to have a real-time conversation with QS/1 Support staff members. When you select the option, you will be prompted to enter your name, email address, select the product for which you have a question and then the specific question you need answered. This feature is available typically between 8 AM and 5 PM Eastern. You can select the option during other times to see if staff is available for online chats.
Click Ask a Support Question and use QS/1's WebAskUs feature for non-urgent questions. Select the option and enter all fields of information. Be as specific as possible when entering the information. The question is automatically sent to the Support Center. A technician will be assigned the question and will responsed within 24 - 48 hours.
